Q: Why do I need to provide my alias?

It helps keep all of us in the network safe since our network is for and run by employees! We want to verify that new people joining our network are employees, and also evaluate the risks of them joining based on their job role. We understand that right now we’re just a form out there on the internet!

Q: How do you keep my information safe? 

All information collected in AECJ forms will be stored securely and only accessed by AECJ leaders to contact you about Amazon Employees for Climate Justice. See AECJ’s Privacy Policy for more information. 

Q: What does it mean for my career to join AECJ? 

We’ll help you figure out where you fit in the fight, and how to manage anything you are worried about. We are organizing together because we’re really worried too about the future that Amazon leadership is driving us towards – one with fewer worker protections, less joyful work, and a negative impact on our climate and communities. And while it's scary to fight back against such a large company, there’s no better moment to do it.
